How You Can Change Your Money Mindset

When browsing the internet, I am seeing more people talk about changing your money mindset in order for you to release your financial worries and stress. However, not many places go into what money mindset is. It can mean a whole bunch of things to different people. For example, does it include daily affirmations? Does it mean not spending any extra money? Does it mean that you are constrained by a budget that doesn't really work for you? In a nutshell, it can include all of those things. Money mindset is what your default thinking goes to when you think about money.Do you believe you'll always be in debt?Do you believe that you have to work hard in order to make more money?What about, do you have to be on a budget and have no spending money to yourself? These are all things that affect your money mindset and the easiest way to see how you respond is to see how you react each day when finances are involved. Take some time to track your money along with your feelings on how the money was spent. This will give you a starting point on how your money mindset is.Once you've got a sense of where you are currently, you can start to work on shifting the mindset to a more positive outcome. These things can include, finding your deep rooted money story, working on daily affirmations, journaling and creating a plan for your future.
